Before You Write
How fast will I get a response?
A first acknowledgement reaches you within one business day. Standard technical proposals follow within three to five business days. Complex EPC scopes typically take seven to ten business days for a structured FEED response.
Can I source media supply and turnkey from the same enquiry?
Yes. A single SorbiTech enquiry can resolve to standard media supply, an engineered system, or a full EPC scope. The routing happens after the first review, and the commercial point of contact stays the same throughout.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Standard packaging is 25 kg drums, 150 kg drums, and 850 kg big bags, palletised for sea and air freight. Halal and Kosher eligibility is held on the standard grades. Documentation is issued per shipment.
What design codes do engineered systems comply with?
Engineered systems are built to ASME VIII Division 1, PED, NACE MR0175 for sour service, NSF/ANSI 61 where drinking water applies, and ATEX or IECEx for hazardous area zones. Quality is governed by an ISO 9001:2015 system.
Can I send a sample for lab testing?
Yes. Choose the Lab Testing route above and describe the stream. Sampling instructions are issued before despatch. The sample is received at the lab, the requested isotherm, kinetics, or breakthrough work is run, and a written report with selection guidance is returned.
